At Elite Drip, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To help us serve all clients effectively, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $35 late cancellation fee will be applied. This policy allows us to respect our team’s schedule and offer your spot to another client who may be waiting.
